Background
The first edition of The India International Industrial Expo (IIIE), emerged as a landmark three-day industrial gathering in South India. Jointly organised by the Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) and Metro Mart, the expo was recognised as the largest international industrial exhibition in the South India. The event’s scale was further reinforced by the support and collaboration of the Kerala Industries Department and the Central MSME Ministry, underscoring its national relevance and strong institutional backing.
PR 360 was entrusted with the responsibility of generating maximum visibility for IIIE and ensuring widespread awareness about the event’s purpose, scale, and impact. The goal was to position the expo not merely as a trade event but as a transformative platform that connected industries, innovators, policymakers, and technology leaders especially in the emerging sectors of electric mobility and green energy. Our communication strategy aimed at capturing the multi-dimensional essence of the expo.
Solution
A strong PR framework was deployed to generate continuous media coverage before, during, and after the event. Press releases, media interactions, and coordinated briefings were the tools which showcased the expo’s innovation-centric approach and large-scale participation. The communication highlighted key features, exhibitor presence, government collaborations, and the event’s industrial importance. Real-time engagement ensured dynamic coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
The PR efforts significantly contributed to the success of the India International Industrial Expo. The messaging surrounding its EV and Green Energy segments resonated strongly, helping to position the expo as a forward-looking platform aligned with sustainability and technological evolution.
PR 360’s communication strategy ensured that IIIE was not only well attended but also well understood establishing its position as a powerful catalyst for industrial growth and future-ready innovations in the region.
We have committed for their second edition which falls on January 16th to 18th.
